Estimates & consultations
Free consultations and preliminary estimates are non-binding. Any work we perform for you is governed exclusively by a separate written contract that complies with California contractor law, including required notices and disclosures. In the event of a conflict between this website and a signed contract, the contract controls.
Financing
We are not a lender. Financing described on this site, including $0 out-of-pocket options, is provided by third-party lending partners, is subject to qualification, credit approval, and property equity, and is not guaranteed. Terms are set by the lender.
Licensing
One Stop ADU Center is a licensed California contractor — CA License #1107952. Licensed, Bonded & Insured · General Building Contractor (B). License status can be verified with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, designs, plans, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under a signed construction contract or under applicable law.
Governing law & changes
